F276 Absolute Encoder Error絕對編碼器錯誤
Description:故障說明:
When turning off the drive controller with a absolute encoder (multiturn),the actual feedback position will be stored. When powered up, the absolute position given by the encoder is compared to the stored position. If the deviation is larger than the paramaterized "P-0-0097, AbsoluteEncoderMonitoring Window", the error "F276, Absolute Encoder Error" will appear and be given to the control system.
使用絕對編碼器(多圈)關閉驅動控制器時,將存儲實際反饋位置。通電時,編碼器給出的絕對位置與存儲的位置進行比較。如果偏差大于參數化的“P-0-0097,絕對編碼器監控窗口”,將顯示錯誤“F276,絕對編碼器錯誤”,并將其發送給控制系統。
Cause:
1. Turning on for the first time (invalid stored position).
首次打開(存儲位置無效)。
2. The motor was moved further than allowed by the parameter in
the absolute encoder monitoring window, P-0-0097, while it wasturned off.
電機的移動超出了中的參數允許的范圍絕對編碼器監控窗口P-0-0097關閉時。
3. Incorrect position initialization位置初始化不正確
Remedy:解決措施:
1. Press S1 to reset the error and set the absolute position.
按S1重置錯誤并設置絕對位置。
2. The motor was moved while turned off and sits outside of its permissible position. Check to see if the displayed position is correct in relation to the machine zero point. Reset subsequent errors.電機在關閉時移動,并位于其允許位置之外。檢查顯示的位置相對于機器零點是否正確。重置后續錯誤。
3. An accident may occur by accidental shaft movement. 軸意外移動可能導致事故。
Check absolute position informartion. A feedback defect is present if the absolute position information is false. The motor should be exchanged and sent to the INDRAMAT Customer Service .檢查絕對位置信息。如果絕對位置信息為假,則存在反饋缺陷。應更換電機,可聯系上海仰光電子科技有限公司服務部。
