F629故障含義:超過正行程極限值
The drive has been provided with a command value that leads to an axis position outside the positive travel range. The axis has been stopped and the error reaction "set velocity command value to zero" issued. Bit 2 of P-0-0090, Travel limit parameter has been set to "Exceeding the travel
limit is an error", or a drive control command has been started while the
axis limit value is exceeded (e.g. drive-controlled homing).驅(qū)動器已提供指向軸的命令值位置超出正行程范圍。軸已停止并且發(fā)出錯誤反應(yīng)“將速度命令值設(shè)置為零”。P的第2位-0-0090,行程限制參數(shù)已設(shè)置為“超過行程限制是錯誤”,或者在超過軸限制值(例如,驅(qū)動控制復(fù)位)。
Cause:原因:
S-0-0049, Positive position limit value is exceeded.S-0-0049,超出正位置限值。
Remedial action:解決措施:
1. Check S-0-0049, Positive position limit value
檢查S-0-0049,正位置極限值
2. Check the controller software limits
檢查控制器軟件限制
3. Activate the axis after the error reaction
錯誤反應(yīng)后激活軸
Procedure:程序:
• Clear the error清除錯誤
• Activate power if it has been de-activated
如果已取消激活,則激活電源
• Move the axis to the permissible working range
將軸移動到允許的工作范圍
Note: Only command values that lead back into the permissible working range will be accepted. Any other command value will stop the drive again.
注:只接受返回允許工作范圍的命令值。任何其他命令值都將再次停止驅(qū)動器。
