力士樂kdv系列伺服驅動器維修：F822 Motor Encoder Failure: Signal too Small電機編碼器故障：信號太小。Description:說明：The motor encoder signals are monitored. 監測電機編碼器信號。
If the signal amplitudes as measured via AK1 and AK2 are outside of the allowable region between Uss = 12.0V and Uss = 18.0 V, then the error message appears. 如果通過AK1和AK2測量的信號幅度在Uss=12.0V和Uss=18.0V之間的允許范圍之外，則出現錯誤消息。
The drive becomes torque-free and an optional brake is immediately activated.驅動器無扭矩，可選制動器立即啟動。
Cause:
1. Defective feedback cable.

Remedy:補救措施：
For 1. Check the feedback cable.Lay the power cables separate from the feedback cable..檢查反饋電纜。將電源電纜與反饋電纜分開敷設。
The cable shield must be connected to the drive controller.

For 2. Exchange motor.更換電機。
Note: This error can only be cleared in parametrization mode (phase
2). As a result of this error, the encoder emulation is switched off.
